Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements with strong client relationships.
• Oversee engagement economics and firm resources to ensure goals are met.
• Identify engagement risks and design audit steps to address them.
• Mentor and develop Audit & Assurance staff.
• Review financial statements and ensure timely delivery of client-ready work.
• Provide timely status updates to engagement partners and escalated issues as needed.
