Responsibilities

  • Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and/or financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
  • Design and execute comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks.
  • Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions, and recommend improvements to drive change in the organization.
  • Foster innovation and develop digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance with our data analytics team.
  • Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions, and next steps from the engagement.

We are looking for an Assurance-Audit Associate. This is a hybrid position and will be based in Atlanta, GA.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant engineering, project management, bid management, or other relevant operational experience in industries like Siemens (technology, software, or solution) or comparable experience within Siemens.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, or other relevant technical subjects.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in other languages beyond English (Spanish, in particular) is a nice to have.
  • Experience in an international working/professional environment.
  • Experience in project management (Agile, PMP, PM@Siemens certificate).
  • The pay range for this position is $91,463-$156,794 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
