Job summary

Full House Resorts, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee golf course equipment maintenance and related outdoor areas. You will act in place of the Golf Superintendent when absent, interview and supervise staff, and coordinate daily work plans with the Golf Course Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills, plus a commitment to company S.T.A.R. values and regulatory compliance in gaming-related activities.

Qualifications

• The ability to supervise maintenance staff and activities on golf course grounds.
• Experience hiring, training, directing, and evaluating staff for outdoor work.
• Skilled in planning daily, weekly, and monthly work, and coordinating equipment.
• Strong communication with Golf Course Manager and Superintendent and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the maintenance and repair of construction and maintenance equipment.
• Act in place of the Golf Superintendent when absent.
• Interview, hire, train, direct and supervise staff maintaining the golf course and outdoor areas.
• Manage scheduling and routing of personnel and equipment.
• Inspect course to evaluate management standards and implement changes.
• Perform inventory control and oversee equipment maintenance programs.
• Keep payroll, inventory, weather data, and maintenance records.
• Communicate with Golf Course Manager and Superintendent about activities and plans.
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly work/projects.
• Provide service reflecting S.T.A.R. culture (Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, Recognition).
• Report any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activities.

• Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
• Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
