Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supports the management and development of a team of field operations individuals, fostering skill growth and ensuring quality performance under guidance.
  • Supervises daily site activities and applies quality control measures while addressing routine issues and supporting field challenges.
  • Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
  • Monitors accurate daily logs and progress reports to document project activities and issues.
  • Communicates routine updates to project leadership to enable timely resolution of challenges.
  • Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce accountability.
  • Supports field teams, including self-perform, and escalates more complex matters as needed.

Job Summary

Supports daily field operations and contributes to achieving departmental goals. Facilitates communication among field teams and trade partners, including self-perform team members, promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment. Reinforces adherence to safety and quality standards by following established procedures and participating in site safety meetings and inspections. Contributes to accurate project documentation and reporting, supporting informed decision-making by project leadership. Supports identification and coordination of prefabrication opportunities by working with project teams and prefabrication partners to integrate prefabricated components into field execution plans.

  • Supervises daily site activities and applies sound judgment in implementing quality control measures, resolving routine issues and supporting solutions to unique field challenges to ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
  • Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
  • Monitors accurate daily logs and progress reports to document project activities and issues.
  • Communicates routine updates and concerns to project leadership, enabling timely resolution of challenges.
  • Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce a culture of accountability.
  • Supports field teams, including self-perform, in addressing routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as needed.
Education Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
  • 5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.
Anticipated starting pay range

$150,000.00- $170,000.00
