Job summary

The position requires an Associate's degree in a related field and about 5 years in field engineering or construction management, with OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; OSHA 30-Hour must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the management and development of a team of field operations individuals.
  • Supervises daily site activities and implements quality control measures.
  • Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment.
  • Monitors daily logs and progress reports for project activities and issues.
  • Communicates routine updates to project leadership to enable timely resolutions.
  • Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections.
  • Supports field teams in addressing routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters.

Job Summary

Supports daily field operations and contributes to achieving departmental goals. Facilitates communication among field teams and trade partners, including self-perform team members, promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment. Reinforces adherence to safety and quality standards by following established procedures and participating in site safety meetings and inspections. Contributes to accurate project documentation and reporting, supporting informed decision-making by project leadership. Supports identification and coordination of prefabrication opportunities by working with project teams and prefabrication partners to integrate prefabricated components into field execution plans.

  • Supervises daily site activities and applies sound judgment in implementing quality control measures, resolving routine issues and supporting solutions to unique field challenges to ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
  • Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
  • Monitors accurate daily logs and progress reports to document project activities and issues.
  • Communicates routine updates and concerns to project leadership, enabling timely resolution of challenges.
  • Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce a culture of accountability.
  • Supports field teams, including self-perform, in addressing routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as needed.
Education Qualifications

Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.
Anticipated Starting Pay

Anticipated starting pay range: $90,000.00- $130,000.00
