Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, driving sales and delivering exceptional service in our Honolulu, HI store. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, and ensure merchandising and store standards are consistently met.

The role requires a strong background in client service, at least 2 years in store management, and comfort with POS and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client service-related capacity.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail store management.
