The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for developing and monitoring work schedules for Caregivers to meet patient care needs, adjusting staffing based on available staff, reporting changes to supervisors, ensuring accuracy of time reports, verifying hours worked, bonus hours, overtime, and benefit days, and calculating staffing based on daily census adjustments.
