The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for developing and monitoring work schedules for Caregivers to meet patient care needs, adjusting staffing based on available staff, reporting changes to supervisors, ensuring accuracy of time reports, verifying hours worked, bonus hours, overtime, and benefit days, and calculating staffing based on daily census adjustments.

  • Familiar with and comfortable working on computers.
  • Possess good phone skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks.
  • Understand basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent written and grammatical skills.

  • Coordinate employee paperwork.
  • Audit inflow of paperwork for staffing purposes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answering phones as needed.
  • Staffing all in-home care cases.
  • Assisting in interview and orientation process of caregivers.
  • Understanding the staffing software.
  • Monitoring daily schedules.
  • Entering new employees into the system.
  • Required to go out in the field as needed, 20 hrs/week.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
