Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry work.

EDUCATION:

LICENSE:

Possess a valid class C California driver's license and a California Electrical Certification (Journeyman’s License).

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar type construction environment required.

• Project Software (MS Projects, InEight, Spectrum, AutoCAD)

• Reading Construction Drawings.

• Making Piping Isometric Drawings

• Understanding Mechanical/Civil/Structural drawings.

SKILLS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Excellent organizational, communication, planning and analytical skills required.

• Material Take-Offs, Estimating, Scheduling, Procurement, Cost Tracking & Projections, Cost Controls.
