Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction, with 3+ years in drywall project management.
• Strong knowledge of interior finish systems and estimating processes.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all plans and specifications including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
• Reviews specifications for understanding scope and creates RFIs as needed.
• Reviews and fills out Subtab sheets to understand and clarify the scope.
• Supports the Project Management staff in the construction of projects with minimum annual revenues of $5 million.
• Responsible for contract administration, procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling and costing oversight of project quality and safety, staff oversight.
• Maintains positive Trade Partner relationships.
• Performs quantity take-off on appropriate scope packages (CFMF Framing, Interior Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Hard Ceilings, ACT, Specialty Systems, etc.)
• Understands and estimates Cold-Formed Metal Framing System with support of a Delegated Designer.
• Provides estimate detail for bid management and Sector Leader review before bid turn-in.

Candidate must be capable of managing metal stud framing, drywall, and ceiling system projects ranging from small buildouts to work packages in excess of $5 million. Responsible for contract administration, procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling and costing, oversight of project quality and safety, staff oversight, and mentoring, all in an effort to minimize risk and to keep the focus on LEMOINE'S Foundations for Successful Execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years related commercial construction project work experience, with 3+ years focused in Drywall project management.
• Strong working knowledge of interior finish systems and estimating processes.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, and scheduling software programs (QB and OST a plus).
• Proven skills in the areas of math, budgeting, and commitments, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
