Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Management (AACSB-accredited) by the appointment date.
• Evidence of excellence or strong potential in university-level teaching.
• Experience in international management or U.S.-Mexico relations is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in international management and related areas.
• Mentor students and participate in curriculum development.
• Support experiential learning opportunities and student engagement.
• Engage with regional businesses, government agencies, and community partners across the U.S.-Mexico border.
