Job summary

Novant Health's Neuro Intermediate unit at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC seeks an experienced RN leader to guide clinical operations and staff development in a high-acuity environment. You will partner with unit leaders on patient care initiatives, support throughput, and provide educational opportunities for team members while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

BSN preferred; two years nursing leadership experience; NC RN license; leadership onboarding and day-one

Shift Details

• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shift: Flexible Day Shift (to be discussed during the interview process)

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
• Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
