Requirements

• - Previous experience playing or coaching basketball, preferably at the middle school or high school level.
• - Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• - Ability to work collaboratively with the head coach, players, and parents.
• - Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
• - Availability to attend all practices, games, and team events throughout the season.
• - Must pass a background check and meet any other district requirements for coaching staff.
• - CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required at the time of application.
