Position Details

This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics, with an anticipated start date of July 2025. The role focuses on supporting student-athlete success and wellbeing within a competitive NCAA Division III program. The salary range is $45,000 to $50,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide sports medicine services for 14 varsity sports, including practice and event coverage, supervision of facilities, and managing injury documentation.
  2. Communicate with sports medicine, coaching, and athletic administration staff.
  3. Assist with game operations and/or teach a sports studies course, based on experience and strengths.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree
  • NATA BOC Certification
  • Illinois License Eligible
  • Current First Aid, CPR, AED certifications
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize schedules
  • Experience with social media and sports medicine promotion
