Overview
This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in St. Petersburg, FL. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking an outgoing individual with replenishment / allocations / merchandising / buying / planning or retail store management experience with a passion for impressing the customer. The Assortment Planner is responsible for partnering with Merchants to develop customer focused assortments and ensuring optimal inventory levels to achieve sales, turn and margin goals. You will utilize pre-season and in-season analysis that supports optimization of the best assortment to drive responsible growth for all channels.

The annual salary range for this role is $75000 – $85000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
