Job summary

The Lawrence-Mercer Association of Realtors is seeking an Association Executive to serve our 300+ members and Affiliates in Lawrence and Mercer Counties, PA. The AE reports to the Board and carries out day-to-day operations of the Association. Schedule: 20 hours per week with flexible days; Location: Remote in PA.

Salary: Negotiable. Candidates should have association leadership experience, strong volunteer collaboration, budgeting expertise (QuickBooks), and strong communication skills;

Qualifications

• Requires association management/leadership experience.
• Strong ability to work with volunteers.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial oversight; familiar with accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Skilled communicator with members, fellow AEs and staff at state/national level.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Association.
• Report to the Board of Directors and assist officers and directors.
• Engage and coordinate with members, Affiliates and volunteers.
• Loster collaborate with state and national staff as needed.
• Travel occasionally for state and national meetings.

Job description

The Lawrence-Mercer Association of Realtors® is seeking an Association Executive (AE) to serve our 300+ members and Affiliates in Lawrence and Mercer Counties, PA.
The AE reports to the Board of Directors (officers and directors) of the Association and carries out day-to-day operations of the Association.
We are looking for:

• Someone with association management/association leadership experience.
• An individual who works well with volunteers.
• Someone with expertise in financial oversight, budgeting and use of accounting programs such as Quickbooks.
• A skilled communicator who works well with others including members, fellow AEs and staff at the state and national level.
• An individual who is self-motivated, organized and can travel occasionally for state and/or national meetings.

Requirements: The Association Executive cannot hold an active Real Estate License or participate in any real estate work such as sales, consulting or referrals.

Schedule : 20 Hours per week – flexible days

Location: Working remotely
