The Association Administrator & Events Planner is a full-time, hybrid role based in either Boston, MA or Washington D.C., with some flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for supporting association operations, including administrative assistance to Executive Directors and Chapter leaders, managing member communications, and coordinating volunteer engagement activities. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and executing events of various sizes, handling event logistics, registration, and vendor coordination, and ensuring high-quality learning and networking experiences. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, assisting with budgeting and financial tracking related to events and chapter operations, and providing responsive customer service to members, sponsors, and stakeholders. The individual in this position will collaborate closely with chapter boards, sponsors, and volunteers to streamline processes, enhance engagement, and support strategic initiatives.
