WE HIRE FOR

  • Judgment, character, and a genuine desire to serve. Craft can be taught.

About the Role

We are seeking a client-focused, intellectually curious, and driven individual to join our team as an Associate Wealth Strategist. This role sits at the heart of the client relationship, working closely alongside senior wealth strategists to deliver comprehensive, hyper-personalized financial planning and investment guidance.

About Our Firm

Satovsky Asset Management is an independent, boutique wealth management firm dedicated to aligning mindfulness with financial advisory. Our holistic approach integrates behavioral coaching, financial planning, and investment management to cultivate long-term prosperity and peace of mind for the individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and closely held businesses we serve.

We pride ourselves on a family-oriented, collaborative culture rooted in integrity, continuous learning, and personalized service. We are a FAMILY firm — Fiduciary First, Attention to Detail, Meaningful Work, Integrity, Learning, and Your Why — and we live by three commitments to one another: context not control, candor with care, and great and always better.

Duties and Responsibilities

WITH CLIENTS

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with individuals, families, and their closely held businesses — understanding their goals, values, circumstances, and risk tolerance.
  • Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on client meetings; capture notes in the CRM and coordinate next steps with the broader team.
  • Support the development of comprehensive, customized financial plans across balance sheet and cash-flow optimization, protection planning, trust and estate coordination, tax-efficiency strategies, and financial freedom (retirement) planning.
  • Provide ongoing behavioral coaching to help clients remain calm and disciplined through market cycles — helping to close the Behavior Gap.
  • Uphold the highest fiduciary standard in every client interaction.

WITH FAMILIES OVER TIME

  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and proactive check-ins.
  • Assist in monitoring tailored investment portfolios aligned with each client's long-term goals and risk profile.
  • Origination is not asked of you here; excellence in service is. Organic growth generated by exceptional work — referrals, deeper family relationships, next-generation stickiness — is recognized and rewarded.

WITH THE FIRM

  • Collaborate with our Client Operations team to ensure a seamless client experience across onboarding, money movement, and account servicing.
  • Leverage our technology platforms, including FinDash, to deliver a clearer, more connected view of each client's financial life.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and financial regulations.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Passion for helping clients and supporting colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High standards of professional ethics; handles confidential information with care.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional financial services industry experience preferred.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, or currently in the process of obtaining CFP certification, preferred.
  • Series 65 or 66 licenses preferred.
  • Conduct consistent with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with our custodial platforms (Fidelity, Schwab, Betterment) is a plus.
  • Total compensation range: $70,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Discretionary Bonus Pool.
  • Health insurance.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan.
  • Discretionary Profit Sharing Plan.
  • Paid holidays and vacation.
  • Flexible work environment.
  • Mentorship and learning opportunities with a collaborative, growth-minded team.

The Associate Wealth Strategist will help build and maintain financial plans, prepare for and participate in client meetings, and support the ongoing behavioral coaching that helps clients stay the course through every season of life. The work balances technical planning skill with genuine warmth and presence — helping clients feel known and cared for at every step.

The ideal teammate combines strong analytical ability with a real passion for client service, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is eager to grow their craft over time.
