Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the local team with client communication, appointment coordination, and the full business development cycle
2. Help prepare personalized planning materials, reports, and documentation
3. Maintain accurate and compliant client records
4. Participate in client meetings, supporting follow-through and service
5. Engage in marketing and outreach efforts to help grow the client base
