Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned leader to manage Investment Sales for the Nashville market. You will direct sales efforts, oversee compliance and administrative duties related to investment services, and drive revenue and expense goals while hiring and developing Financial Advisors.

You will ensure adherence to state and federal securities laws and align with other bank divisions to deliver integrated client solutions and maintain strong, compliant client relationships across the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience as a Financial Advisor.
  • Two or more years of management experience.
  • NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65/66, or 9&10.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Functions in management role within Investment Sales. Directs assigned market's sales efforts and the compliance/administrative duties regarding the sale of investment services through U.S. Bancorp Investments. Responsible for setting and achieving revenue and expense budget for assigned market, and ongoing recruiting and hiring of Financial Advisors to reach market objectives. Ensures compliance with state and federal securities laws as well as U.S. Bancorp Investment's established policies and procedures. Ensures that a successful relationship is maintained between U.S. Bancorp Investments and other bank divisions.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience as a Financial Advisor
  • Two or more years of management experience
  • NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65/66, or 9&10

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $118,170.00 - 144,430.00
