Job summary

Job Description

Functions in management role within Investment Sales. Directs assigned market’s sales efforts and the compliance/administrative duties regarding the sale of investment services through U.S. Bancorp Investments. Responsible for setting and achieving revenue and expense budget for assigned market, and ongoing recruiting and hiring of Financial Advisors to reach market objectives. Ensures compliance with state and federal securities laws as well as U.S. Bancorp Investment’s established policies and procedures. Ensures that a successful relationship is maintained between U.S. Bancorp Investments and other bank divisions.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of investment experience
  • Two or more years of management experience
  • NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65/66, 53 or 9&10
  • Thorough knowledge of securities industry
  • Proficient leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $140,040.00 - 171,160.00
