Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Coverage to join our Wealth Management team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will support the lead Wealth Advisor, manage a portfolio of existing client relationships, and focus on service and revenue growth.

You will coordinate tailored solutions across planning, banking, fiduciary services, and collaborate with Portfolio Managers to align the financial plan with investment strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services with direct exposure to clients.
• Prior customer-facing roles such as Sales Support, Banking, or Product Management are preferred.
• Prior completion of the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 is preferred.
• Bi-lingual capabilities and cultural awareness are a plus to build client trust in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing client relationships with a focus on client service and revenue growth.
• Coordinate delivery of tailored solutions across planning, banking, fiduciary and other verticals.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers to ensure alignment of the financial plan with the investment strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings; document activities in CRM.
• Lead administrative and compliance tasks for relationships and coordinate with client service for accounts and fees.
• Support prospect and COI meetings led by the lead Wealth Advisor.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM to inform events and entertainment opportunities.
• Perform office manager duties in the Berkeley Heights office as needed.
