Job summary

Corient Services LLC in California is seeking a seasoned Wealth Advisor with 4–8 years of experience to support senior advisors and advance toward independent client management. You will handle wealth planning processes, portfolio allocations, and client meetings preparation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and advanced credentials such as CFP/CFA/CPA/JD/MBA, with proficiency in Salesforce, planning software, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required; professional certifications are preferred.
  • CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA are required/licensed credentials.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce, portfolio accounting software, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and planning software.
  • Ability to develop others, manage relationships, and practice management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication with high EI.

  • Develop solid relationships with COI peers and provide critical support to client team revenue.

Pay Information

Position exempt, paid according to the laws of the State of California. Pay range: $80,000–$155,700 USD per year.

Physical Requirements

Work in an office environment, prolonged sitting at a desk, use of a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Required onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years or older and have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents; E‑Verify is used after acceptance of an offer. Candidates must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement.
