Responsibilities
  • Support Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients, with the potential to lead less complex client relationships.
  • Demonstrate advanced capability of all wealth, investment, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans, investments, and portfolio allocations.
  • Assist in preparation for client meetings, documenting discussions, and driving client follow‑up.
  • Mentor others and provide oversight of work.
  • Act as a secondary advisor and progress to greater independence in client execution items, client relationship management, and independent decisions.
  • Understand client contracts, fee schedules, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain solid and active relationships with COI peers to provide critical support to the client team revenue.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4‑8 years’ experience; CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce, portfolio accounting software, DocuSign, MicrosoftSuite, and planning software.

Pay Information

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Washington. The pay range for this position is $96,600‑$122,000USD per year.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. It may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18years of age or older, have unrestricted work authorization, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Proof of work authorization is required. Corient participates in E‑Verify and requires acceptance of the Employee Agreement and confidentiality agreements.
