We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wealth Advisor with a passion for serving others and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in financial services, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Meeting Support

o Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings.

oLead specific portions of client conversations with confidence and professionalism.

oDocument meeting notes and follow-up actions with precision.

  • Client Follow-up and Communication

oEnsure timely follow-up on client needs and deliverables.

oMaintain ongoing communication to support client retention and satisfaction.

  • Task Delegation and Workflow Oversight

oDelegate action items to internal team members.

oMonitor progress and ensure completion of tasks aligned with client objectives.

  • Financial Planning and Advice

oDevelop and deliver advice independently for clients.

oIdentify financial planning opportunities and propose strategies to enhance client outcomes.

oApply firm-specific philosophies (e.g., RHP frameworks) consistently in client work.

  • Planning and Analysis

oProficiently build and update financial plans, especially for complex clients

oSupport advanced planning scenarios including tax, estate, insurance, and retirement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in financial services, preferably with direct client advisory responsibilities.
  • CFP Designation active or currently pursuing or ability to obtain.
  • Series 65 or equivalent active or currently pursuing or ability to obtain.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • High ethical standards and a demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency with financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, and standard office applications.
