Job summary

Prevender Financial Services, LLC seeks an Associate Wealth Advisor who excels in client relationships and financial knowledge to support the advisor and serve clients in a fiduciary capacity.

In this onsite role in Albuquerque, NM, you will manage client communications, schedule meetings, review portfolios and goals, prepare materials, ensure compliance, and coordinate onboarding, all while delivering personalized financial guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and service.
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned client needs and ensure all client concerns are addressed.
  • Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings to review portfolios, performance, and goals.
  • Manage client referrals, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into the firm.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual client reviews to align financial goals.
  • Provide updates on market trends, portfolio performance, and relevant changes that impact plans.
  • Ensure clients feel heard and valued, handling personal circumstances in a personalized way.
  • Assist the financial advisor by note taking, handling documentation, and email management.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met for client documentation and communication.

Job Description Summary Clients are our main priority at Prevender Financial Services, and we are committed to personalized service. This impactful role will represent our firm with strong client relationship management skills and industry knowledge. The ideal person truly enjoys helping people, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in their work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and service.
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned client needs and ensure all client concerns are addressed.
  • Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings (in partnership with the financial advisor) to review portfolios, performance, and goals.
  • Manage client referrals, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into the firm.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual client reviews to align financial goals
  • Provide updates on market trends, portfolio performance, and relevant changes that impact their financial plans.
  • Ensure clients feel heard and valued, handling specific requests, life events, or personal circumstances in a personalized way.
  • Send personalized communication (cards, videos, etc.) to strengthen client engagement on significant life events.
  • Assist the financial advisor by note taking, handling documentation, and email management.
  • Ensure that all compliance standards are met for client documentation and communication.
  • Actively contribute to the firm’s ability to focus on high-level strategy by handling administrative work related to client meetings.
