Job summary

Snowpine Wealth is seeking a Client Service Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences and strong operational support for our wealth management team. You will handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain client records with CRM software in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes communication, accuracy, and proactive service to help advisors meet client needs onsite at our Salt Lake City location.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of general office, customer service, and relationship management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Series 7 & 66 required or willing to obtain within stated period after start date
  • Workstyle: Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Interacts daily with clients, including basic inquiries and sensitive account information

  • Works both independently and within a team environment to provide crucial support to the financial advisors and branch office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Interacts daily with clients, including basic inquiries and sensitive account information

  • Schedules meetings on the phone, in person, virtually, and through mailings.

  • Works both independently and within a team environment to provide crucial support to the financial advisors and branch office.

  • Open new client accounts, process money movement, and research information as needed

  • Creates and maintains records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.

  • Actively engages in available training/cross‑training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures.

  • Places trades as directed by and on behalf of Wealth Partner

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Knowledge of Company’s working structure, policies, mission, and strategies.

  • General office practices, procedures, and methods.

  • Skill in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, or similar contact management software.

  • Microsoft Office 365 applications

  • Effective communication across multiple client platforms (in-person, virtual, phone and mail)

  • Ability to Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Analyze and research account information.

  • Organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment.

  • Identify time sensitive items and assess competing priorities.

  • Take initiative and proactively follow up on submitted items to ensure completion; resolve errors, questions or concerns.

  • Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, professional manner.

  • Use mathematics sufficient to process account and transaction information.

  • Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, in person and virtually.

  • Work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

  • Provide a high level of customer service.


Experience: 2+ years of general office, customer service, and relationship management experience


Education: Bachelor’s degree required


Registrations: Series 7 & 66 required or willing to obtain within stated period after start date
