Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Associate Wastewater Technician to support daily WWTS operations at the North Country Dairy facility and ensure regulatory compliance under the guidance of the Wastewater Technician and EH&S Manager.

You will assist plant leadership, safety, and quality teams to maintain safe, compliant operation and timely sampling, reporting, and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• BS in Sciences, EHS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in wastewater treatment, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic laboratory skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support WWTS operations and maintenance per procedures.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and audits.
• Prepare samples and maintain records.
• Coordinate maintenance with Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Participate in safety meetings and daily huddles.
