Job summary

Weber is seeking an Associate, Warehouse for Huntley, IL to support our Global Distribution Center operations. You will move product using powered industrial trucks, read warehouse documents, and coordinate receiving and outbound activities with RF scanning and proper staging.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliability while handling inbound and outbound shipments, loading/unloading, and reporting discrepancies. Training on equipment and processes is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• English language required to read instructions and communicate with team.
• Basic math skills: counting, addition/subtraction, multiplication/division.
• Basic computer skills to check stock and transfer items.
• Read and understand warehouse documentation for receiving, storage and outbound shipments.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down powered industrial truck and standup reach truck.
• Unload/import-export containers and trailer shipments to receiving dock.
• Verify product counts, models and report damages.
• Stage product for storage and outbound shipments.
• Scan products with handheld scanners and ensure location accuracy.
• Label products with shipping labels when required.
• Inspect trailers/containers before loading and seal as needed.
• Record container or trailer IDs and report discrepancies.

Come be part of our BBQ! **Role Overview****Summary:** Safely and efficiently move product into, through and out of the Global Distribution Center using powered industrial truck. Utilize RF scanner device.
