Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a hands-on, on-site Warehouse Associate for our Grand Rapids location. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime during peak periods.

You will receive hands-on training and support while building skills that impact customer success and day-to-day operations. You’ll learn warehouse systems, processes, and workflows, operate equipment like hi‑lo and packaging tools, and help maintain inventory accuracy across SAP and Oracle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive, package, store, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Pick parts and prepare work orders to meet timelines and customer expectations.
• Learn warehouse systems, processes, and workflows through hands-on training.
• Use warehouse equipment and tools including hi-lo, order picker, tape machines, and packaging equipment.
• Complete testing and logging of incoming equipment using internal systems and ERP platforms.
• Enter and maintain information within SAP, Oracle, and other systems.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping, receiving, repair, inventory, sales, and order management teams.
• Prioritize orders based on shipping method and business needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Communicate inventory or order discrepancies to appropriate teams.
• Support daily warehouse operations during busy periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end surges.
• Develop knowledge across multiple departments and learn advanced shipping processes, including international shipments and lithium battery handling.
