Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store materials, maintaining records of movements and stock levels.
• Conduct weekly inventory assessments and ensure FIFO rotation for perishables.
• Pull and prepare materials for production; monitor ingredient use and weigh, label, and package items accurately.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move and stage materials.
• Communicate with vendors to coordinate pickups, returns, and shortages; collaborate with procurement to resolve issues.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations during inventory activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the plant.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance and management to address issues promptly.Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move and stage materials.Communicate with vendors to manage pickups, returns, and order shortages. Collaborate with Procurement and leadership to resolve supply chain challenges.Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations during all inventory activities.Partner with supervisors and managers to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot inventory issues and support operational needs.Perform other duties as assigned in the plant.Who You AreA high school diploma or equivalent is required, as is a minimum of 2+ years of warehouse receiving experience, preferably in a high-volume food production environment.Ability to work in cold environments, including freezers, and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.Proficient in using tools such as scales, box cutters, and hand tools. Familiarity with food product materials and GMP manufacturing practices is preferred.Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
