Primary Responsibilities

The Associate, Warehouse Operations, plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, efficient receiving and shipment preparation to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and performing receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Shift: 1st 9AM Start

New Hire Pay: $21.80

Equipment: Must have experience operating double or triple EPJs

Growth Opportunity after 90 days probation period

Essential Functions

• Maintain attendance according to company policies
• Uphold safe work practices in the warehouse
• Safeguard confidential company information
• Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately
• Build pallets to meet customer guidelines
• Maintain production standards, minimize errors, and maximize efficiency
• Perform other warehouse duties and special projects as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day, and overnight shifts
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in food distribution or warehouse environment
• Preferred: Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration
• Ability to follow safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively, and larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently. Must be able to stand, walk, climb, and sit in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
