Primary Responsibilities
The Associate, Warehouse Operations role is vital in ensuring accurate, efficient receiving and preparation of shipments to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and performing tasks like receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping, all with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Shift: 1st shift, starting at 9 AM
New Hire Pay: $21.80
Equipment: Must have experience operating double or triple EPJs
Growth opportunity after 90 days probation period
Essential Functions include maintaining attendance, upholding safety practices, safeguarding confidential information, matching product descriptions with labels, building pallets, maintaining production standards, and participating in continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and availability to work weekends, holidays, day, and overnight shifts.
Additional Skills and Qualifications include at least one year of experience in food distribution or warehouse environment, experience operating powered warehouse equipment, strong communication skills, ability to follow safety practices, work independently, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Physical requirements involve lifting 30-40 pounds repetitively, occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, walking, climbing, and working in varying warehouse temperatures, including freezer and refrigerator conditions.
