Job summary

The role partners with university leaders and external stakeholders to advance online education, oversee program accreditation, and ensure effective budgeting and resource utilization across divisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of accreditation requirements and higher education policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program expert on online academic programs, assessment, and accreditation.
• Implement strategic plan goals and objectives related to online programming and offerings.
• Direct online educational initiatives for assigned division(s).
• Oversee student advisement and promote recruitment, retention, and diversity of student body and faculty.
• Form partnerships and represent the University to external entities to develop scholarship and cooperative opportunities.
• Monitor online program review and ensure program compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Prepare department budget and monitor resource allocation.
• Provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship to department staff and faculty.
• Ensure internal control oversight and compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding assets, reporting, and operational efficiency.
