This role leads the product‑aligned sales enablement organization, overseeing enablement pillar leads and ensuring strong alignment across Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership. As an AVP, Sales Enablement, your key area of responsibility will be establishing consistent enablement standards, scalable readiness programs, and unified messaging frameworks across the portfolio, ensuring sellers can effectively position, demonstrate, and sell solutions in increasingly complex and competitive environments. You will need to work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership teams to translate business strategy into structured enablement programs.
To be successful in this role you will be a strategic leader with strong executive communication and alignment skills, and have the ability to quickly understand complex, technical concepts. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational strategy skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage high‑performing, accountable teams through completion. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.

The annual base salary for this position is $190,000—$240,000 USD.
