Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of financing and investment initiatives from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
  • Organize and maintain transaction materials and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor items, identify issues, and drive resolution with relevant teams.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across teams involved in transaction execution.
  • Review agreements and supporting materials related to investment and financing activities.
  • Coordinate information requests, approvals, and due diligence for complex transactions.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of active projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Work with teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Suggest and implement more efficient workflows and operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline processes.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects with independence and regular updates to senior team members.

Job description

A leading investment organization is looking to add an Associate / AVP to its team in Atlanta. This individual will play an important role in supporting the execution and administration of investment-related transactions while partnering with teams across the organization.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in real estate finance, capital markets, structured transactions, investment management, or transactional legal support who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of complex processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of a variety of financing and investment-related initiatives from initial preparation through completion.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects remain on schedule and required deliverables are completed accurately.
  • Organize, review, and maintain transaction materials and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding items, identify potential issues, and work with the appropriate parties to drive matters toward resolution.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple teams involved in transaction execution.
  • Assist with reviewing agreements, supporting materials, and other documentation associated with investment and financing activities.
  • Help coordinate information requests, diligence processes, approvals, and other requirements associated with complex transactions.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of active projects, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up items.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure information is accurate, complete, and delivered within established timelines.
  • Support the development and implementation of more efficient workflows, controls, and operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to improve processes and reduce manual work.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and operate with a high degree of independence while keeping senior team members appropriately informed.
