Location Yuma, United States Sector Other Salary $200,000.00 to $300,000.00 per annum

Associate Veterinarian needed for a busy, AAHA accredited small animal hospital in Yuma, AZ.

This well-established hospital has served the Yuma community's pets for over 30 years and has become a true staple in the area. With the local pet population continuing to grow, this is a genuine opportunity to make a real impact on a community that needs more veterinarians.

Housed in a 10,000 square foot building with six exam rooms, a dedicated dental suite, and an employee lounge, the hospital is equipped to handle a diverse and exciting caseload. Equipment includes a CT machine, ultrasound, digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, surgical laser, and a full dental suite, giving you everything needed to practice excellent, well-rounded medicine.

The caseload spans general practice, surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and exotics, with an average daily patient volume of 18 to 20 patients supported by a strong 3 to 1 support staff ratio. You will be joining a collaborative, friendly, and welcoming three doctor team, backed by an excellent group of technicians and assistants who create a teaching focused, highly skilled environment. Mentorship is readily available for new graduates, and established veterinarians are equally welcome to join the team. The clinic also sees exotic and pocket pet patients, adding variety to the caseload for those with an interest.

Compensation is highly competitive, with an annual salary of $200,000 to $300,000 depending on experience, plus a production bonus and no negative accrual. Additional perks include a substantial sign on bonus, relocation assistance, and a long term incentive program tied to production.
