Atlas are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Veterinarian to join a well-established and reputable AAHA-accredited small animal hospital located in Mesa, AZ.

This clinic is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates eager to develop their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary complemented by a monthly production bonus without the stress of negative accrual. The clinic is deeply committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance, offering a flexible schedule where veterinarians can choose their own working hours. With the hospital only open from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM, and closed on weekends and major holidays, this ensures no weekend shifts. The clinic also supports professional development and client relationships by providing a 2-hour break for callbacks in addition to a regular lunch hour.
