Spring Glen Veterinary Hospital in Renton, WA is seeking a full-time DVM to join our AAHA-accredited hospital and provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

Under the leadership of Dr. Margaret Hammond, the Associate DVM contributes to client service, medical quality, and staff development while enjoying a supportive WellHaven network and opportunities for growth in a picturesque Puget Sound setting.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent required and licensed in the state
• Active state license and USDA accreditation a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethics

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality care and exceptional service in a fast-paced hospital
• Adhere to WellHaven protocols and oversee staff to meet goals
• Collaborate with Principal Doctor to plan development aligned with objectives
• Practice medicine compliant with laws and maintain medical records
• Maintain thorough medical charting and clear client communication
• Participate in community events and hospital projects
• Demonstrate proficiency in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and current practices
• Advocate for client service and patient well-being
• Provide medical training to support staff and lead as needed
