Job summary

Spring Glen Veterinary Hospital in Renton, WA, seeks a full-time Associate DVM to deliver high-quality medical care and exceptional client service. You will practice anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and current medical methods while upholding hospital standards and community involvement.

Qualifications

• DVM degree required and licensure in good standing
• USDA accreditation is a plus
• Experience in a clinical veterinary hospital environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality veterinary care and client service while maintaining hospital productivity
• Adhere to WellHaven protocols and oversee staff to meet hospital goals
• Collaborate with the Principal Doctor to develop staff and hospital growth plans
• Practice veterinary medicine in compliance with laws and WellHaven ethics, maintain medical records
• Maintain accurate medical charting and thorough documentation
• Provide clear client communication via in-person, phone, and email
• Participate in community events and hospital projects
• Demonstrate proficiency in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and current practices
• Advocate for client service excellence and patient well-being
• Provide medical training to support staff and lead team members as needed
