A modern, full-service small animal hospital in Plano, TX is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its team!

The beautiful, modern hospital features two fully equipped surgical suites, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostic capabilities that support advanced workups and daytime hospitalization. The caseload is a rewarding blend of general practice and urgent care for dogs and cats, spanning wellness, vaccinations, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, diagnostics, end-of-life care, and same-day urgent cases.

You’ll be joining a strong, collaborative team led by an experienced Medical Director with over a decade of emergency medicine background and a Fear Free approach to patient handling. Skilled technicians, client service representatives, and support staff work closely alongside the doctors to deliver exceptional care. The practice is deeply committed to doctor satisfaction, reflected in an impressive 98% doctor retention rate, and structured onboarding and mentorship will set you up for success from day one.

Full-time and part-time options are available, with a flexible schedule and no weekends. Productivity expectations are realistic at two appointments per hour, giving you the time to practice thorough, high-quality medicine.

About You:

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Texas
