Wheelersburg Animal Hospital in Wheelersburg, Ohio is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a collaborative, multi-doctor practice focused on wellness and advanced medicine. You’ll work with a supportive team and modern tools to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Eligible for or currently holding an active Ohio veterinary license
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
• New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and client service
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in companion animals
• Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures based on experience and interest
• Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results
• Build strong relationships with clients through education and communication
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital standards of care
