West Side Animal Clinic in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our compassionate, community‑focused team.

This role supports wellness exams, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics and client education.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio.
• Strong interest in small animal medicine and surgery.
• Commitment to high‑quality patient care and client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform wellness exams and preventive care services.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
• Develop treatment plans and communicate recommendations to clients.
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures.
• Interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory work and imaging.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients through education and communication.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
