Job summary

Veterinary Medical Center of The Woodlands is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our close-knit, small animal team. You’ll practice high quality medicine with time, autonomy, and supportive colleagues in a new facility coming in 2027.

We offer a four-day workweek, no after-hours emergencies, and a competitive salary plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Generous benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and CE allowance.

Qualifications

• Licensed or in Texas license process (soon to be licensed).
• New graduates and experienced veterinarians welcome.
• Collaborative, kind and curious professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care, sick visits, diagnostics and client education.
• Surgery opportunities (soft tissue; more if interested).
• Collaborate with experienced doctors in a supportive team.
• Work with dedicated technicians and support staff.
• Appointment lengths of 20–30 minutes to practice real medicine.
