The Woodlands, TX-based practice offers a four-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts), no after-hours emergencies, and a competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging up to $150,000 plus production bonuses and a $50k sign-on.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree required.
• Texas license or eligibility required.
• Commitment to high-quality medicine and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care, sick visits, diagnostics, and client education.
• Perform soft tissue surgery and other procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with experienced doctors and support staff to ensure top care.
• Work with technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Schedule with 20–30 minute appointments to allow thoughtful patient care.
