C4 Veterinary Hospital in Longview, Texas is seeking a full-time associate to join our team and grow the practice alongside our experienced clinicians.

We offer a four-day work week, no after-hours emergencies, a supportive staff, and mentoring for new graduates to build confidence and competence. Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000–$150,000 plus production bonuses and a $20,000 sign-on bonus, with benefits described below.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree and Texas license or eligibility.
• Mentoring for new graduates to build confidence and competence.
• Experience with digital radiography, ultrasound, and diagnostic testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality veterinary medical care to patients.
• Collaborate with a tenured support staff to maintain an efficient, uplifting clinic environment.
• Mentor and support new graduates during transition to practice.
