The position offers a 32-hour work week and a base salary range of $125,000 to $180,000, with up to 20% production potential for ambitious clinicians. Our team includes RVTs, CSRs, and assistants under a dedicated practice manager.

Qualifications

• California veterinary license in good standing
• 2–3 years of experience in small animal practice
• Willing to perform routine surgery and dental procedures
• Strong client communication and bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Provide medical management of cases and routine surgery/dental procedures
• Collaborate with a team of RVTs, CSRs, and assistants
• Maintain high-quality client communication and education
