Job description

Our clients are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their well-established hospital, which’s proudly serving the Folsom and greater Sacramento area for over 50 years.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a hospital that has built a trusted reputation within its community — not just for exceptional veterinary care, but for the values that guide everything they do: integrity, compassion, collaboration, and a shared commitment to patient success. Enjoy going to work each day, collaborating with 2 experienced veterinarians and an amazing support team of techs and client support and management in place.

The clinic offers a warm, collegial atmosphere where every team member is empowered to deliver care that truly makes a difference. Supported by experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment, you’ll have the tools you need to practice modern, thoughtful medicine. Join the team, offering flexible schedules to suit your life outside of work. With part-time and full-time options available between 3 and 4 days per week, with limited weekends. This clinic offers a perfect place to work, with work-life balance at the forefront!

This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful relationships, both with clients and their pets, and who wants to be part of a culture that prioritizes emotional intelligence alongside clinical excellence. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian or a new graduate looking to build a strong foundation, this practice offers mentorship, continued growth, and the chance to contribute to something bigger.
