Unique employment opportunity for a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian at Fircrest Veterinary Hospital, located in the scenic NW city of University Place (West Tacoma), WA. We are a well-established, privately owned, full-service practice catering to small animals, exotic, reptile, and avian patients. Since 1960, we have provided comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to the University Place/Fircrest area.

Our benefits include a 4-day work week with no on-call or after-hours calls. Our hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a lunch break from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. We offer weekends, evenings, and major holidays off, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Our team is supportive and encouraging, with a management style that is non-micromanaging and dedicated to high-quality care.

We have an excellent, experienced staff, low turnover, and a recently remodeled office equipped with modern technology such as digital radiography, digital dental radiography, in-house blood machines, ultrasonography, and paperless cloud-based records. We perform advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.
