Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a full-time Veterinarian in Troy, OH. This role offers a weekday schedule with no weekends, autonomy in patient care, and a supportive team environment. Qualifications

• Experience in small animal medicine (dogs & cats)
• Confidence managing wellness and sick appointments
• Proficiency in general surgery (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client trust
• Experience working with and mentoring veterinary support staff

Experience & Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent required
• State Veterinary Board license in good standing for the state of hire
• Active DEA license or eligibility for licensure
