Associate Veterinarian

Established in 2016, Stamford Veterinary Center has been providing superior pet care to our patients and clients ever since. In addition to veterinary services, we also offer boarding, daycare, and grooming services. We are conveniently located near two highly regarded emergency and referral practices.

We are a family-like team of dedicated professionals striving to provide exceptional customer service and patient care. While working hard for our patients and clients, we also focus on creating a fun and enjoyable environment for our team. We are looking for YOU to join us!

Essential Responsibilities & Functions
  1. Provide high-quality veterinary care utilizing the latest diagnostic advances.
  2. Maintain a client service mindset to build and retain a strong client base.
  3. Engage with and contribute to the local community.
  4. Champion the practice’s values and inspire colleagues.
  5. Follow established policies and procedures for hospital operations.
  6. Handle caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records using SOAP templates.
  7. Promote teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
  8. Prioritize traumatic injuries and serious illnesses for timely care.
  9. Educate clients on preventive care, vaccinations, and treatments.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
